As newcomers to Southwest Florida, my wife and I did not know where to begin locating a realtor to acquire land and then have a house built. While visiting a lakeside park, we ran into a group of people spending their morning together. Learning of our situation, one of the people raved up his experience with Denise. Within half an hour we were at a Dunkin getting coffee and contacting Denise - and the rest is history. She took us through the process, which involved buying 1/2 acre, connecting us with a builder and a bank for a construction loan, and eventually with vendors for all the stuff we needed to personally select for our new house. And helping us get home insurance and even meet up with a "pool guy". The build was not as smooth as had been desired, due to covid, inflation, labor and materials shortages, etc. And we were 3000 miles away. But Denise was on top of everything and made it happen, serving as our rep in communicating with the builder and others as required. We love our new house and neighborhood, and will always be indebted to Denise. Don't hesitate to call her!
